Government Affairs Service Center of Beihai district locates in Binzhou City, Shandong. The original style of this building is more cold tonal, with little ornaments of green plants. The overall vibe of the institution is dull and lack of viality before this project. The accession of different kinds plants make the whole building more ecological, which creates a green and eco-friendly office room environment for every people.
This indoor green wall system adopts LED grow light and drop irrigation, which can not only ensure the light, moisture and nutrient for interior plants, but make the overall visual effect of the green wall more beautiful.
There are two highlights in this design.
1. The huge vertical green wall in ground floor atrium.
This huge size green wall gives a sense of grandeur, which would fit perfectly for large space atrium. Different sizes plants irregularly distribute on the wall. The plant collocation is rich layers, which like a green waterfall pouring down from the top of the building. The plants grow and intervein, which creates a natural vibe for the office, and makes officials feel like staying in a beautiful garden.
2. The ribbon shape green wall on the guardrail for each floor.
The green plants climbing on the guardrail wall, extending as the direction of the guardrail, which like strips of green ribbons, softening the hard edges of the construction. Besides, these green ribbons can increase indoor green amounts, which can bring people energy and pleasure.
The vision of the designer is creating green and ecological building, increasing indoor green amounts. Besides, the green plants can facilitate micro-cycle of indoor air, release fresh oxygen and absorb harmful gases. The ultimate goal is to build a comfortable, relax and healthy office environment.
