Meet Jade Adams. She is our Escalations Manager here at Wigs.com. Jade handles our customer service where she strives for client satisfaction and making our clients feel like they can trust us with their concerns. Additionally, she takes over supervisor calls during client interactions and attentively listens to their concerns.
