Usage and Application:
Easy open caps, also be called safety caps, they are widely used in the food packing area, to solve the problems of can food that can not be opened easily and burrs on the edge after opening.
This kind of caps are processed on the tin/aluminum caps, punching an open hole, curling the hole edges, then sealing the foil/plastic on the holes, and making the easy pulling ring that can be opened easily, and this type of caps is about 50% lighter than normal caps.
When the caps open, it can avoid the dust or metal burrs fall into the food, the curled edge will not hurt hands.
The sealing includes high speed and economical sealing, the sealing quality can endure high pressure, also can be used to make the boiling can food caps.

The application will be:
Used for tinplate, aluminum caps, sealing by aluminum foil/plastic sheet, can be used for boiling products, like sardine cans, fruits cans etc.
Also can be used for powder products like powder, coffee powder, granule products like coffee beans, snacks etc.

Function and characteristics:

The machine is adopted servo motors driven, cooperating with pneumatic system. Used PLC to control the temperature, sensors, can complete the raw caps given, hole punching, edge drawing, edge curling, pre-heating, foil cutting and sealing, foil folding and cooling, cobwebbing press, riveting, de-dusting and outputting automatically.
The operation system is adopted touch screen, can adjust the parameters and set information on line.
The transmission is adopted advanced synchronous belt, servo motor one shaft positioning driven. To make the sealing pressure equal, ensure the stability of the whole system.
The sealing foil cutting is adopted individual feeding system, will not move with the caps, to save the sealing materials.
The heat sealing is adopted high frequency electrical heating, the sealing temperature is controlled by individual temperature moulds , can be set and adjusted separately.
