   A.English guide video and instruction book are sent to you free together with the cnc router.

   B.Free training course in our factory . Engineers are available to serve overseas but all the expense needs being paid by your side.

2.If machine has a problem after I ordered it, how could I do?

  This is related to our after-sale service.

   A.Within 7 days since your local customs clearance: if the cnc machine's any part has any problem, 

we will change it free.

   B.Exceed 7 days since your local customs clearance but within warranty period: if the cnc machine 

parts have any problem, we can change the old machine parts to new ones free.

   C.Exceed warranty period: if the cnc machine parts have any problems, we can offer new machine parts 

with cost price and you also should pay all the shipping cost.

   D.If buyers need to install by our technicians,the installation clause as follows:

    Buyer supply hotel,food,ticket.

Our technical worker need about 3-10 days for installation till all machines is good.

When our worker finished all installation,buyer have to pay for installation charger to our worker according to

$50 per day.Then our worker will teach your worker how to operate all machines correctly.
