The first step in working with our client was cultivating a vision – one that encapsulated their lifestyle, interests, and preferences. With a love of European design, Sim sought out pieces reflecting influences of 16th, 17th, and 19th century design details.

The living room is a vision, anchored by a stone-carved fireplace and a conversational arrangement of Century Furniture Boston wingback chairs and an upholstered Drexel Heritage Alistir sofa trimmed in fringe. The Century Furniture Grand Tour cocktail table adds an unexpected modern element mixed with an antiquated finish. An ornate oriental style rug from Feizy ties it all together.
And who wouldn’t want to work from the comfort of this executive Theodore Alexander desk? When you look closely, you’ll get a glimpse of the gorgeous burl veneered, gilt, and painted finish. Our customer was seeking a bedroom reminiscent of the Marie Antoinette era – an atmosphere that felt both uniquely special and relaxed.
