Laminated Glass

Laminated glass is a kind of safe glass made up from two or even more pieces of glass heated under high temperature with PVB films in-between. 





Feature

Safety: In the case of external damage, it will be left only with cracks and is not going to fall or split. People or property around is not going to be hurt or damaged. 
Sound issulation: PVB is to some extent blocking sounds efficiently. It is able to lower noise and insulate sounds. 
Heat insulation: Laminated glass (especially colored laminated glass)lowers the penetration of sunlight, which ensures air-conditioner expenditure will be low and energy will be saving. 
Prevention of fire accident: Laminated glass is not going to break immediately when heated or burned. This ensures the blaze remains at the same place for some while for the sake of no-time notice, report, evacuation and put-off. When impacted, the fragments of laminated glass are glued by PVB and not easy to hurt people. The glass thus and is able to be used again for some time.

1. How to get a quotation

We need some time for calculation. As a result, we can't provide any price reference via phone. Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items.

2. Want to place order

(2). Send the glass Technical Specification via email. 
(3). After production glass approved, please arrange 50% deposit before proceed sample production or mass production. 
(4). If need to make the sample confirmation, we will send the samples or take the sample photo to client for approved about 7 working days. 
(5). Production time will base on the order quantity. We will send notice email with product photo to client before delivery. 

3. Do you accept small order

Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order. 

4. What is the payment method

We accept paypal, Western Union or T/T. Details will advise after confirmation the order. 

5. Want to get free samples

Sure you can. Please send your request via email. 

6. What is the shipping methods

For small amount, usually send by air shipping. (DHL/UPS/FedEx) Take 4-5 working days. 
For large amount, usually delivery by ship. (FOB/CNF/CIF) Take around 25-30 working days(Depend on which country)

7. What glass file format should I provide

The clear file such as. Ai, . Pdf, . Psd or. CDR format file is the best.
