Tunnel pasteurizer is also called spray warm and cooling machine,it has 3- 6 temperature sections,so temperature difference between section is small. It could assure good sterilizing,effects,reduce bottle broken rate. Hot water is recycled to use in temperature sections in order to save heat energy and reduce water consumption. This tunnel pasteurizer could process bottled beverage or beer products,which completely conforms to relevant technologic requirements.

Characteristics of bottles/cans tunnel Pasteurizer:

Based on the advanced technology from Germany, Italy, and Taiwan, we developed this new type of bottle spraying and cooling machine. for example ,it working process can be divided into three stages: circulating hot-water spray-cooling, warm-water pre-cooling and cold-water cooling. The cooling-heating temperature can be regulated according to the requirements of the user. It is suitable for cooling and heating all kinds of bottled or canned hot beverage or carbonated beverage. It is equipped with high temperature-resistant polypropylene (CPP) chain. This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and it is reliable in running and has beautiful appearance.
