A: We are a big factory for 12 years in silicone rubber industry.

2.Q: Do you allow small quantity?                                                                                      
A: Yes, We accept small quantity order.

3.Q: Can you do OEM service?                                                                                         
A: Yes, OEM and ODM service are acceptable.  

4.Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast
delivery time even for large quantity.

5.Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample . But a little sample charge for custom
designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually
send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine
to ship with your account;  if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship
with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.                               

6.Q: Silicone seems to be more expensive than other rubber, why is that?                        
A: Silicone is more expensive than most rubber types because it is a special high
performancepolymer with outstanding quality. It is made in relatively low quantities and
requires expensive and complicated manufacturing facilities.                                      

7.Q: Is your silicone product safe?                                                                     A:We use a 100% food grade silicone. We do not use any fillers what so ever. Fillers
compromise the performance of the baking and may break down from the heat. Our
silicone products are approved by FDA and LFGB,so it is eco-friendly and safe to use.
