2.Usage: Products containing Pentapeptide-21 have a lightening and brightening effect through the reduction of melanin and UV damage that leads to aged, dull looking skin.  

3.Description: Pentapeptide-21 inhibits enzymes responsible for hyper-proliferation,

inflammation, and DNA damage in response to UV radiation. A specific peptide sequence (Pentapeptide-21) combined with selected amino acids designed to reduce the level of pigmentation and skin damage that occurs to sun exposed skin.
