FVZ Self priming PVDF centrifugal pump is made of polyvinylidene fluoride [PVDF] with one injection molding of whole plastic part assembly.
The pump has the advantages of light weight, high strength, no toxicity and no pollution and good corrosion resistance performance etc. 
Impeller and pump shaft has the synchronous injection to avoid the skid of key and the corrosion of medium to the metal shaft. All the wet parts are made of PVDF material. The pump has two connection ways. Direct connection (Closed coupling) has compact structure and high transmission efficiency and Shaft coupling connection adopts metal bracket supports the pump body and impeller so the installation is convenient.
Pump structure has a unique scientific. Pump cavity is with liquid absorption chamber, liquid storage chamber, the gas and liquid separation, reflux hole. Only before the first starting the pump, inject the leading liquids. When the pump sucks the liquids, the liquid can continue or stop. When liquid is stopped for 15 minutes and then liquid appears, the pump can continue to work. The mechanical seal does not need to add cooling water to cool. So the pump is easy to operate, safe and no leakage. It is a better substitute for the submerged pump. Suction height for the pump is up 4m.
