NL type mud pump is a single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, the main components are volute, impeller, pump seat, pump shell, support tube, motor seat, motor and other components.  Volute, pump seat, motor seat and impeller nut are cast iron with good corrosion resistance and convenient processing technology. The impeller has three single curved blades with semi-closed impeller and malleable cast iron, so it has high strength and corrosion resistance. Processing convenience, good through, high efficiency. In order to reduce weight and reduce turning, the pump shaft is made of high quality carbon steel. Four frame oil seals and shaft sleeves are installed in the pump seat to prevent shaft wear and prolong the service life of the shaft. 

NL type mud pump can be used vertically or tilted. It covers a small area. The volute needs to be buried in the working medium, easy to start, no need to divert water, the rotation direction should be clockwise from the end of the motor. The length of the pump is with a variety of specifications. The pump is chosen according to local conditions.

1, NL type multipurpose submerged pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is used in mining, paper making, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, graphite, mica, gold, ceramic, oil refining, petroleum, chemical industry, farms, salt works, iodine, dyeing, brewing, food, chemical fertilizer, coking mill plant, building, marble factory, mine, mud, sand, muddy ponds, sludge pond and dreggy liquid to convey thick pulp or thick liquid or sewage discharge. Also the pump can be used to discharge the fluids containing clods in coal mine drainage.

2. If it is combined with high pressure water pump and water gun to form hydraulic mechanized earthwork unit, it can be used for land leveling, river and pond dredging, excavation and transportation of small water conservancy projects, as well as urban air defense projects.
