Since 2010, we have started to develop the special support used in high temperature reaction area in Propane dehydrogenation unit, we provided technical consulting and layout designing service, through the analysis for the whole thin film stress and the analysis for the part, we designed special pipe support which can comply with the high temperature 704℃ and high axial loading 250T working condition to support and limit the pipe, we successfully completed the designing, manufacturing, installation, commissioning of special support for the PDH projects.
