Product Description
Dissolved Air Flotation machine (DAF) is mainly used to separate and remove micro suspended substances with density closed to the water. It is air flotation method that dissolved system produces dissolved water through the air will be forced into water under pressure by air compressor and then large amounts of micro bubbles will be produced in water by fast pressure reduction release. Those bubbles adhere surface of flocculated impurity particles after adding medicine up, which produces suspended substance with the whole density is below 1. It is a solid-liquid separation of water purification that makes suspended substance arise up the water surface by buoyancy.
The application scope of DAF machine are listed as below, but not limited:
- Paper-making waste water treatment for fiber recycling
- Paint, printing and dyeing waste water treatment
- Chemical waste water treatment
